Projects and practices
The Presidential Decree 151 of 2011 fire prevention regulation can be summed up in 4 main steps:
- Simplification of fire prevention procedures.
- Abolition of the fire prevention certificate.
- Introduction of vvf SCIA and asseveration by fire professional.
- Re-classification of new fire-prevention activities subject to fire prevention controls.
Published on August 1, 2011, the dpr 151 2011 still represents a significant turning point in the procedure of fire prevention practices.
The decree, which came into force on 7/09/2011, has definitively abolished the Fire Prevention Certificate and has completely re-classified the new fire prevention activities subject to the controls of the Fire Brigade.
The change therefore covered both procedural and practical aspects, with the aim of ensuring compliance with precise deadlines in the resolution of vvf practices.
