The project involved the restoration and redevelopment of a former industrial building , converting it into a luxury residential villa for a private client, with equal attention to architectural quality and high-standard building services.
The practice undertook the complete design of the electrical and specialist systems , together with site supervision , coordinating the different stages of work and maintaining the quality standards required for a high-end residence.
