Detached villa refurbishment – building services, photovoltaics and energy upgrades
The works involved the complete internal refurbishment of a detached villa , comprising two above-ground storeys, a basement and a garage.
The project included complete replacement of the electrical and mechanical installations , bringing the building up to current performance standards while improving residential comfort, safety and energy efficiency.
A central element was the installation of a 10 kW photovoltaic system serving the entire building, reducing energy consumption and increasing the home's energy independence.
Integrating the new installations with the energy solutions enabled a comprehensive upgrade of the property, making it higher-performing and more sustainable.
Specifically, the activities included:
