The project
The works involved the complete refurbishment of an office as a fit-out project, transforming a shell space into a fully functional, efficient workplace meeting current standards.
The project included integrated mechanical and electrical design across all stages: detailed design, technical coordination and site supervision, ensuring close control of site activities and compliance with the required programme and performance criteria.
The building services designed and installed comprised:
new electrical installations, including distribution boards, distribution circuits, lighting and power supplies for workstations;
mechanical systems for winter heating and summer cooling, designed around occupant comfort and spatial flexibility;
systems designed to accommodate the office's operational needs and future changes to the layout.
Particular attention was paid to energy performance, with solutions aimed at reducing consumption, optimising system performance and complying with applicable sustainability and energy-efficiency regulations.
The completed project is a fully refurbished, modern, high-performing office where functionality, comfort and quality building services work together to support day-to-day activities.
