Detailed building services design for Bar Blondie – Paullese Center
The detailed design of electrical and mechanical installations was developed for Bar Blondie , within Paullese Center Shopping Centre , to create an efficient, safe building services system fully integrated with the operational needs of the food and beverage business.
The commission involved coordinated electrical and mechanical design, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and correct operation of the systems serving the premises.
The electrical installations for lighting, general-purpose socket outlets and equipment power supplies were designed and sized according to the installed loads and the bar's specific functional requirements.
The mechanical design covered ventilation and air extraction systems , ensuring adequate air changes and maintaining the hygiene conditions required for food and drink preparation and service areas.
Specifically, the activities included:
