We provide a comprehensive integrated electrical and mechanical (MEP) design service, supporting clients at every stage, from design development and construction coordination through to site supervision.
Designs are developed to detailed design level, with particular attention to integrating the various building services and architectural components. The aim is to deliver efficient, reliable solutions that fully meet the building's functional requirements.
Specifically, the service includes:
design of electrical installations (distribution, lighting, switchboards and specialist systems);
design of mechanical installations (air conditioning, ventilation and heating);
development of energy-efficiency solutions in accordance with applicable regulations;
site supervision , including quality control, inspection of works and programme management;
construction coordination , ensuring integration between all parties involved and correct implementation of the design.
