Mechanical design for a production building – Trezzo
The mechanical installations were designed for a production building in Trezzo to create efficient, reliable systems capable of providing occupant comfort and meeting the operational requirements of the manufacturing activity.
The commission covered the design of air-conditioning, ventilation and heating and cooling fluid distribution systems , based on a detailed analysis of the building's characteristics, the uses of its spaces and internal thermal loads.
Energy demand calculations and the sizing of air distribution and hydronic networks were undertaken to optimise system performance, improve energy efficiency and ensure reliable long-term operation.
Specifically, the activities included:
design of air-conditioning and ventilation systems;
design of heating and cooling fluid distribution;
calculation of the building's thermal demand;
sizing of air distribution and hydronic networks;
verification of system performance against space uses and internal loads;
preparation of technical documentation and design drawings.
The commission delivered an integrated building services design focused on energy efficiency , system reliability and improved performance of the production building.
