The project
The commission involved the complete design of electrical and mechanical installations for the fit-out of new corporate offices , creating modern, efficient and fully functional workplaces.
The project included new distribution boards and distribution circuits dedicated to workstation power supplies, ensuring operational flexibility, safety and compliance with applicable regulations. Particular attention was given to organising the systems to support future changes to the spaces and the company's requirements.
In parallel, the winter heating and summer cooling system was designed to provide consistent occupant comfort, high energy efficiency and effective control of temperature and humidity in the newly created spaces.
The result is an integrated, high-performing building services system focused on user wellbeing , supporting corporate activities and enhancing the functional and energy performance of the office spaces.
