Istituto Diocesano – building services design, site supervision and energy audit
An integrated project was developed for Istituto Diocesano, comprising the design of electrical and mechanical installations , site supervision and an energy audit , with the aim of improving the building's overall efficiency and the quality of its existing installations.
The project adopted a coordinated approach to building services and energy performance, targeting functional improvements and optimised consumption while meeting the facility's operational requirements.
The design was developed as an integrated whole, ensuring consistency between electrical and mechanical systems and efficient management of the building's energy resources.
Specifically, the activities included:
design of electrical installations , defining distribution arrangements and power supply systems;
design of mechanical installations for air conditioning and occupant comfort;
development of the energy audit , analysing consumption and identifying potential improvements;
site supervision , providing technical oversight and verifying correct execution of the works;
coordination of site activities to ensure quality, safety and adherence to the programme.
The works delivered a more efficient and better-controlled building services system, with particular attention to reducing energy consumption and improving the building's overall performance .
