The project
The "Il Gigante" supermarket chain added several properties formerly occupied by Iperdì, which was in bankruptcy at the time, to its property portfolio. Among these, the Trezzano sul Naviglio store underwent a complete refurbishment, from the building envelope to the services supporting the store.
YOUinIT supported the owner with the detailed design and site supervision of the building services, proposing advanced solutions with particular attention to sustainability and the store's appearance.
The building also supports sustainability through innovative, energy-saving solutions, including LED luminaires by 3F Filippi and Imoon throughout the area covered by the works.
