The project
Hotel Tocq is on Via Alessio di Tocqueville, parallel to Corso Como, in central Milan. It offers numerous luxury rooms of various sizes and a modest-sized underground car park for guests. The hotel also has a fitness centre, a restaurant and several basement meeting rooms used for international meetings. YOUinIT prepared the documentation required for the building's technical file, carrying out detailed surveys of the electrical installations and producing complete as-built documentation from the low-voltage supply to the final loads. The technical file covered both the hotel and the restaurant.
Following a series of visual inspections, instrumented tests and functional checks to establish the compliance of the installations, remedial works were carried out to enable a Declaration of Compliance (Dichiarazione di Rispondenza, DiRi) to be issued for the electrical installations serving the building.
