The property, classified as Category A office space, underwent a fit-out to adapt the interiors to a new functional layout based on the tenant's requirements.
The design work primarily involved upgrading the electrical and mechanical installations through minimal, targeted changes to the existing systems, ensuring full compatibility with the new spatial arrangement. The adopted solutions optimised workplace functionality while maintaining high performance standards and minimising the impact on the existing building services infrastructure.
