An energy-efficiency improvement project was carried out for Parrocchia San Martino Vescovo in Paderno Dugnano , reducing the building's consumption and improving the performance of its services while delivering greater comfort and sustainability.
The work began with an in-depth analysis of energy consumption and the condition of the existing installations to identify the main issues and opportunities for improvement. Heat losses through the building envelope and the efficiency of air-conditioning and lighting systems were subsequently assessed.
The findings informed targeted solutions to optimise the building's energy performance in accordance with applicable regulations, with particular attention to reducing consumption and operating costs.
Specifically, the activities included:
analysis of the building's energy consumption;
assessment of the condition of existing installations;
analysis of heat losses through the building envelope;
optimisation of heating systems;
improvement of lighting system efficiency;
identification of measures to improve energy performance and reduce consumption.
The commission established an energy upgrade strategy focused on improving the building's efficiency, helping reduce its environmental impact and enhance the property asset.
