The project
The property complex is in the northern inner suburbs of Milan, close to Piazzale Maciachini and Viale Valtellina. It comprises two blocks of different sizes: Block A is a reworking of the existing building, while Block B is newly built. The office complex achieved LEED certification.
LEED is a voluntary certification programme that can be applied to any type of building and addresses its entire lifecycle, from design to construction.
YOUinIT provides the consultancy required to assess the condition of properties and building services, together with technical consultancy to support LEED certification, which can increase a property's market value when it is sold.
For this commission, YOUinIT provided the client with the technical consultancy (Due Diligence) needed to assess issues affecting the property complex and inform evaluation of the transaction.
