The project
Il Castello Shopping Centre, owned by Eurocommercial Properties Italia S.p.A, is in Ferrara. The centre has a total floor area of approximately 38,500 m² and houses an Ipercoop supermarket and a shopping mall with around 90 businesses, all on a single level. The basement contains a car park with approximately 400 spaces.
The shopping centre opened in 1990 and was extended in 1997.
The commission involved assessing the maintenance condition of the building services and preparing a maintenance plan with detailed requirements for each system component.
