The project
CremonaPo Shopping Centre opened in 2006. It has a shopping mall with more than 60 retail units and a covered car park with approximately 2,000 spaces, across a total area of approximately 65,000 m². The centre's first floor accommodates a welcoming food court with 10 food and beverage outlets and Spazio Cinema. The commission involved assessing the maintenance condition of the building services and preparing a maintenance plan with detailed requirements for each system component.
