The project
Collestrada Shopping Centre, owned by Eurocommercial Properties Italia S.p.A, is in Collestrada, in the province of Perugia.
The shopping centre has a total floor area of approximately 31,120 m² and houses an ipercoop hypermarket and a shopping mall with around 54 businesses, including medium-sized retail units and shops.
Opened in October 1997, the centre was extended and refurbished in 2007.
The commissions covered several services: consultancy to support BREEAM-In-Use certification and a detailed assessment of the maintenance condition of the building services, addressing each individual system component.
