Changing-room extension – building services design and site supervision
The BERETTA project included the design of electrical and mechanical installations serving the changing-room extension, together with site supervision and coordination of the construction stages.
The works created new functional spaces designed to provide comfort, safety and efficient building services , in accordance with applicable regulations and the site's operational requirements.
The design was developed to detailed design level using an integrated electrical and mechanical approach, ensuring design consistency and optimised performance.
Specifically, the activities included:
design of electrical installations , including distribution, lighting and systems serving the spaces;
design of mechanical installations , including air conditioning, ventilation and domestic hot water production;
integration of building services solutions with the new spatial arrangement;
site supervision , overseeing the works and verifying correct installation;
construction coordination , ensuring adherence to the programme and managing interfaces.
The result is a modern, functional extension with efficient, reliable installations , improving the quality of the spaces and the user experience.
